Advantages:

Чисто, просто, отдельный вход, очень приятные, отзывчивые хозяева, готовые всегда помочь. Для комфортного проживания есть всё. Если ехать ради моря, пляж прям недалёко - отличный вариант за свои деньги. Однозначно рекомендую.

Disadvantages:

От Севастополя далековато, мы отдыхали в середине мая, море еще было холодное, цель была посмотреть город, в таком случае, расположение не удобное, т.к. до бухты нужно ехать на такси около 15-20 минут. В остальном всё отлично.
