Сдаётся дом или комнаты в доме со всеми удобствами. Ванная комната также находится в доме. Есть большая кухня, на которой вы можете с удовольствием что либо приготовить и пойти кушать под навес на свежем воздухе. Перед домом есть парковочные места, так что вы можете спокойно отдыхать, зная, что ваш автомобиль стоит "у вас рядышком". До моря идти 10 минут пешком, на машине 2 - 3 минуты, на пляже есть магазины, клубы, кафе, рестораны и т. д. В нашей стороне есть три основных пляжа вязовая роща, городской пляж и немецкая балка. До города Севастополя 15 минут на машине 28 км.. Хозяева очень гостеприимные люди.

Advantages:

Дом большой, очень чисто, работают кондиционеры. Хозяева очень приятные и доброжелательные люди. Большой оформленный двор, 3 места для парковки машин. Мы очень довольны! Спасибо большое!
