Advantages:

Очень доброжелательные хозяева Лидия и Александр. Все рассказали, объяснили где и что находится, куда сходить, что посмотреть :). Прекрасная территория дома, есть место для парковки. Расположение возле моря, поэтому можно любоваться им в любое время, если идти к морю, то там достаточно крутой спуск, чуть дальше есть лестница для более комфортного подхода к морю, о чем сразу сообщила хозяйка. Если на машине, то в 5-10 минутах есть общественный песчаный пляж Орловки. Интернет работает хорошо, ловит даже за пределами дома; плита газовая, вполне удобная работает отлично. Очень уютный двор и дом. Спасибо большое Лидии за гостеприимство и помощь.

Близость к морю и природе. Много магазинов. Приятные арендодатели.

Disadvantages:

Слабая транспортная доступность, отсутствие кондиционера.
