Рядом остановка маршрутных автобусов в Севастополь до «5 км» и в центр города до «ЦУМа». В 250 метрах от дома расположена столовая, рядом два продуктовых магазина.Продовольственный магазин в 20 метрах от дома, остановка общественного транспорта - 40 метров , до центра города Севастополя - 4 маршрута автобуса. До парка, монастыря - 300 метров. До лестницы на Яшмовый пляж - 600 метров от дома. С пляжа можно добраться на катере до Балаклавы

Advantages:

Отличное расположение, позитивная и уютная обстановка и радушный хозяин. Дом расположен близко к остановке автобуса, так что не придётся страдать без автомобиля. Есть дворик и декоративный прудик с карпами, парк в пешей доступности, и яшмовый пляж под боком. Есть где покушать и магазины присутствуют. Место довольно тихое и спать дискотеки не мешают, рекомендую.
