На территории открытый бассейн, солнечный солярий, большая беседка с каменным мангалом и дровяной печью, детская площадка, гамак, парковка для авто, баня на дровах с купелью. В 20 минутах ходьбы Свято-Георгиевский монастырь и к спуску (по ступенькам здоровья) к "Яшмовому пляжу". В номерах, сохраняется естественная влажность и комфортная температура, т.к. дом построен из цельного бруса карпатской ели.
