Advantages:

Все соответствует описанию. Доброжелательная хозяйка, на просьбы сразу реагировали. Приехали в дождливую погоду, Елена (хозяйка) подъехала и забрала нас на остановке транспорта, чтобы не плутали в незнакомом месте и не промокли. К пляжу очень близко, песчаный берег, рядом парк, можно гулять, кататься на самокатах. 2 остановки до а/с Северная (Севастополь), там рынок небольшой, купить овощи, фрукты. Да и ближе есть, просто цены выше. В общем нам все очень понравилось.
