Advantages:

Пляж в двух шагах, парковка, много кафе и магазинов в пешей доступности, удобное заселение, большой балкон, сушилка для белья, стиральная машина

Disadvantages:

Могло быть побольше посуды на кухне, постельное бельё на дополнительное место очень старое, ванная комната
