Ушакова, фонтаны, исторический бульвар, панорама, пляжи. С балкона открывается прекрасный вид на город и южную бухту. Рядом гостиница "Украина", кафе, рестораны, банки. В доме на 1м этаже расположен круглосуточный продуктовый магазин.
Состояние жилое, после косметического ремонта. В квартире есть двуспальная кровать и раскладной диван, кондиционер, жк тв, газовая колонка, стиральная машинка. Санузел смежный. Есть большой шкаф-купе в коридоре. Здесь комфортно разместится пара с одним ребенком. Сдается гостям без животных.
