Advantages:

Место очень удобно - рядом с яхтенной стоянкой. Прямо в доме есть магазин, а также кафе-бар, с нормальной едой. До мыса пешком 10 минут.

Disadvantages:

Ложка дегтя - вид с балкона хотелось бы лучше)
