Сдаётся отдельное жилье, район Фиолента в Севастополе, рядом пляж Грот Дианы, Яшмовый, а также рядом сквер у Георгиевского монастыря, до пляжа мин. 10-15 пешком (имеется спуск).

Одноэтажное строение, отличный ремонт 2023 г., в вашем распоряжении комната с кухней-студией, отдельный сан. узел, есть всё необходимое для отдыха, кондиционер, телевидение, посуда, бельё, деревянная беседка с мангалом для отдыха, бассейн на территории. Много зелени.

Огромное спасибо алексею за великолепный отдых!!! Нам все понравилось!!! Очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин! Отлично знает историю города, подсказал какие места посмотреть. Расположение домика очень удобное, все рядом. До пляжа царское село мин 10 пешком, до пляжа яшмовый 10 минут на машине, рядом есть магазин в домике есть все что нужно и даже больше! )))чистый и очень уютный во дворе всегда порядок. Очень рекомендуем!!!
