Advantages:

Чистенько, аккуратно, есть вся нужна посуда С интернетом все супер, особенно меня порадовало, что работал zoom без vpn, что было крайне актуально для удаленной работы

Disadvantages:

Стиральная машинка типа ведро. Я, честно, побоялась доверить ей свои вещи Небольшой недостаток, что это нижний этаж и особо окно не расшторишь, т.к. на уровне окна ходят люди
