Новая квартира в новом доме. В цоколе офисы, потому балкон на уровне 2го этажа. Окна на частный сектор, потому тихо. Вся мебель и техника, а так же кухонная утварь присутствуют. Курение разрешено. С животными по запросу. Остановки общественного транспорта в 3 и 10минутах ходьбы. Маршруты "5й км- камышовая бухта", "токарева-центр", так же есть и в сторону вокзала.
