Advantages:

отличное место. огромное количество разных растений вокруг - живешь как будто в лесу!! до моря недалеко, пляжи галичные, море чистое но не везде хороший заход в воду. единственное еще бы плитку для приготовления еды иметь в номере (а не только на общей кухне) - было бы вообще супер!!!
