Мы располагаемся в тихом и уютном уголке города Севастополя. На территории гостевого дома имеются: беседка с мангалом, зеленая зона, парковка для авто, кухня общего пользования, бассейн. Расстояние до моря 200 м (дикий пляж). В 5 мин ходьбы столовая и магазин. В 10 мин езды на автобусе 2 городских пляжа: бухта Омега (песок) и парк Победы (галька).

Кровати односпальные, есть возможность установки доп. места. В каждом номере кровати, прикроватные тумбочки, столик, ниша для одежды.
