До спуска к морю 5минут, по спуску минут 7-10 в зависимости от вашей физической формы. Фиолент - это высокий берег, соответственно к пляжу надо спускаться и подниматься. Здесь очень красиво и море чистейшее, но отдых получится активным. Есть место для парковки одного автомобиля во дворе, остальные можно парковать у забора. Санузел на этаже. На 4 комнаты 2 санузла.
