Сдам частный дом, расположенный в историческом центре Севастополя (посуточно). Дом оснащен всем необходимым для приятного проживания и отдыха. На первом этаже 2 комнаты. В каждой – сплит-система, двуспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом и постельными принадлежностями, телевизор, в одной из комнат дополнительно диван, раскладывающийся вперед. По всему дому интернет, Wi-Fi. Кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой: газовая плита, микроволновая печь, холодильник, электрический чайник, мультиварка, тостер, посуда и пр.
Просторный санузел, стиральная машина-автомат, фен, полотенца, моющие средства. Горячая и холодная вода круглосуточно (своя насосная станция), автономное отопление (двухконтурный котёл). На дом установлена система фильтрации питьевой воды.
На втором этаже (отдельный вход) две комнаты, санузел. В одной из комнат ортопедическая двуспальная кровать, во второй – раскладной диван. Кондиционер. Есть дополнительно кроватка для ребенка до 3-х лет. Просторный внутренний двор, зона барбекю, летний душ, летняя кухня, парковка для трёх автомобилей.
Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от центра города, рядом оборудованный пляж, детский парк.
Пляж, детская площадка, детский парк, супермаркеты, рынок, магазины и пр. – все рядом.
