Подходит для семей с детьми, имеется во дворе детская площадка с мягким покрытием, кочеля, песочница и очень удобно наблюдать за детьми из окна.
Так же имеется беседка для отдыха с мангалом и всеми принадлежностями , где можно пожарить шашлык.
Есть своя парковка, освещается вместе с двором всю ночь и на соседнем участке продуктовый магазин, овощной, пункт выдачи озон и Wildberries .
Дом находится рядом с дорогой, до остановки 5 минут. Автобусы ходят регулярно в обе стороны. Доехать можно до ближайших пляжей на Мыс Фиоленте ( оборудованных лестницей), других пляжей , до центра и тд.

Квартира светлая и просторная.
Имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Горячая и холодная вода круглосуточно.

Мы ответственно относимся к квартире. Выполняем генеральную уборку и дезинфекцию после каждого гостя. За квартирой следим: вся сантехника и проводка проверены – ничто не испортит ваш отдых.

У нас Кооператив закрытого типа и на территории в шаговой доступности есть смотровая с шикарным видом на море(на фото видно) , детская и спортивная площадка.
Спуска к морю там нет.
