Сдаю посуточно свою квартиру по адресу проспект октябрьской революции, 57.

Один из лучших районов города - прямо под домом есть абсолютно вся инфраструктура:

Любые магазины,

Остановки общественного транспорта (уехать и приехать сюда можно откуда угодно) и практически весь транспорт города ходит через этот район.

Кафе, рестораны, продуктовые, рынки и тд.

Также в пешей доступности парк победы (7мин пешком), бухта омега(10 мин пешком).

Вокруг полно скверов, по которым очень приятно просто прогуляться на закате.

Квартира только после ремонта. Есть все для комфортного проживания.

Также по запросу могу организовать дополнительные спальные места(диванчик)
