В доме отопление и горячую воду обеспечивает газовый котёл, на первом этаже оборудована кухня, санузел, гардеробные шкафы, обеденный стол и диван, на втором - спальня с гардеробом и мебелью. Подъём на второй этаж по достаточно крутой лестнице, поэтому семьям с детьми, младше 7 лет, нужно иметь в виду этот факт. Диван раскладной, полуторный, кровать на втором этаже большая, двуспальная, с ортопедическим матрасом на ламелях. Окна выходят во двор, на втором этаже балкон 0,9х6 метров.
