Advantages:

Приятная квартира с нотками африканского стиля. Внутри уютно и хорошо.

Disadvantages:

Были пару незначительных моментов, которые хозяин обещал устранить. Дом находится в частном секторе в узком тупиковом проезде, не всегда есть где припарковаться.
