Сдам уютную квартиру. Рядом море, аквапарк зурбаган(15 мин пешком ). Новый херсонес (10мин езды). Транспортная развязка позволяет доехать в любую точку города.

В городе открыт новый термальный комплекс с банями Наутико. (7 мин езды)

Есть всё для комфортного проживания. Чистое наглаженное постельное белье(хб) и дополнительный комплект. Чистые полотенца (по 3шт на каждого гостя). Посуда. Чай, кофе, сахар , кофемашина.
Капсулы для стирки, ватные палочки,диски, зубные щетки, мочалки и т.д.

Перед каждым заездом квартира обработана УФ лампой (кварцевание), что делает пространство безопасным. Самостоятельно, просьба её не включать, в случае поломки необходимо будет компенсировать стоимость.
Сан. узел обработан хлором.
Закрытый двор, парковка. Тихий район. Круглосуточный недорогой магазин, супермаркеты, пиццерия, кафетерии, аптеки, азиатский ресторан, цветочный магазин, мойка для авто.

Выезд до 12.00/ Заезд 15.00 (в случае раннего выезда гостей/ быстрой уборки, возможно раньшебез доплат)
Выезд в более позднее время не предусмотрен.

Лицам в нетрезвом виде будет отказано в заселении
