Квартира после кап. ремонта, есть вся необходимая техника и мебель, рядом Юмашевский рынок — 1 минута, остановка — 2 минуты и 3 супермаркета. Двор зелёный. Парк Победы или Омега в 15 минутах ходьбы при желании. Возможно проживание с животным собакой, есть место выгула. Квартира только для 2-х человек, дополнительного места нет.
