Advantages:

Хорошая квартира. Хорошая ванная.

Disadvantages:

Недоделана кухня (не был завершен ремонт). Были проблемы со светом, из-за того, что квартиру затопили соседи сверху перед моим заселением. Но по соотношению цена/качество все однозначно справедливо
