Апартаменты расположены на закрытой охраняемой территории с видеонаблюдением, парковкой, детской площадкой, зоной барбекю и беседками для отдыха с видом на море.
В номере сделан диз.ремонт и все необходимое для комфортного отдыха.
Супермаркет, рынок, кафе в 5 мин.на машине, пешком 15-20 мин. До Нового Херсонеса 20 мин. на машине.
В номере могут разместиться от 2-4 гостей.
С животными категорически-нет.
