Сдаётся уютная 1-я квартира с видом на море — рядом динопарк. Принимаю брони на весну-лето. В квартире имеется всё для комфортного отдыха и проживания: 2-спальная кровать с новым ортопедич. Матрасом, диван, вся техника, видеодомофон; вокруг дома много места для бесплатной парковки. Остановка транспорта — 2 минуты ходьбы. Рядом благоустроенные пляжи: адмиральская лагуна, омега, мол, пляж парка победы (2 остановки). Дети с 7 лет (оговаривается заезд детей с 5 лет — с увеличением депозита). Строго без животных. Депозит (залоговая сумма) составляет 2000 р. Ночные заезды — оплата другая, заранее предупреждать о таком заезде, цена указана за пару.
