Advantages:

Все вроде бы хорошо, но по утрам просыпались с отёками, думаю потому что чуть ли не подвальное помещение, окна выходят на улицу где до вечера бегает ребется и кричит,

Disadvantages:

Поправить тут вряд-ли что-то следует, само расположение в цоколе не очень, а в целом супер, пешком ходили на пляж, народу мало, что очень понравилось, в конце дома есть магазин, да не дешёвый, ну а где сейчас дёшево.
