Наш гостевой домик находится в экологически чистой зоне в Учкуевке.
Номер со всеми удобствами: удобная двуспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, душ, сан узел, кондиционер, полотенца, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, постельное бельё, wi fi.
Общая кухня: газовая плита, необходимая посуда, микроволновая печь, чайник, холодильник. А также к общему пользованию комфортная мангальная зона, летний душ, туалет на территории и просторный двор.
К морю и хорошему песочному пляжу ровно 3-5 минут пешком. Остановка, магазины, кафе и вся инфраструктура в пешей доступности. Огромный парк учкуевка - велодорожки, детские площадки, спортивные комплексы и беговые дорожки. Находится в 5 минутах от гостевого домика.
Остановка общественного транспорта 5 мин, паром или катер в исторический центр города Севастополя 20 мин.
Рынок, где можно купить сезонные крымские фрукты и овощи 5-7 минут.
