Advantages:

Красивый вид, неплохое расположение, если вы на машине, то вообще хорошо, т. к. остановка далековато и обратно идти в гору. Сама квартира чистенькая, двор неплохой.

Disadvantages:

Пляж мелковат, который рядом, но есть подальше пляж «Парк Победы».
