Собственник. Сдам свою крупногабаритную 3-комнатную квapтиpу 120м, расположенную в самом красивом paйoнe, в новом доме напротив парка Победы, рядом развитая инфраструктура: парк, пляж, магазины. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Индивидуальное отопление.
Две двуспальные кровати и две односпальные, и двуспальный раскладной диван. Также детская кроватка и стульчик для кормления. В каждой комнате вместительные шкафы-купе. На кухне встроенный фильтр с питьевой водой, много посуды. Все комнаты изолированные.
Возможно размещение 6-8 человек. Два раздельных санузла. Первый: ванна, унитаз, умывальник, стиральная машинка. Второй — унитаз и умывальник. Застекленная лоджия в каждой комнате. Предоставляем постельное бельё и полотенца.
