Дача расположена в Учкуевке, на Северной стороне г. Севастополя.
Сейчас Учкуевка – один из самых популярных пляжей г. Севастополя. Пляж растянулся на 1,5 км. Можно найти место на любой вкус – песок, галька, валуны.
Дача расположены в 800 метрах от моря в районе Соснового бора. Рядом с дачей магазины, остановка автобуса. До катера 15 минут пешком.

На территории находятся два домика, доступных для аренды. Каждый домик имеет свою придомовую территорию.
В домике своя кухня, стиральная машинка, Wi-Fi, полностью оборудованная кухня. Постельные принадлежности и полотенца предоставляются.
На первом этаже спальня с двуспальной кроватью, санузел. Спальня в мансардном помещении с двумя односпальными кроватями.

Домашние правила:
В домике может проживать не более 4-х человек. Дополнительные места не предусмотрены.
Приводить на территорию людей, не проживающих в домике - запрещено!
Соблюдение домашних правил позволяет нашим гостям чувствовать себя комфортно.

Очень удобное расположение.5 минут пешком и ты на берегу моря.Рядом много различных магазинчиков.Неподалёку парк Учкуевка,где вечером можно прогуляться.Домик не большой,но очень уютный.для 4 человек супер👍
