Парковка во дворе и на улице рядом с домом бесплатная. Рядом пляж 10 мин ходьбы, мыс Виноградный, грот Дианы. Магазин продуктовый в пяти минутах ходьбы, кафе.

Advantages:

Всё современные удобства, по сути загородная дача с садом, огородом, хозяева предлагали пользоваться плодами. Для нас всё было отлично, но у кого маленькие дети, или проблемы со здоровьем нужно иметь ввиду, что пляжи расположены внизу, или не оборудованы спуски, или 450 ступенек, при этом красивейшие, даже для Крыма виды.
