Номер имеет отдельный вход,свое крылечко, индивидуальный санузел с душевой кабиной. В шаговой доступности два спуска к морю: на Грот Дианы и на мыс Виноградный. До остановки маршруток и ближайших магазинов 5 минут ходьбы. Главное понимать, что Фиолент -это высокий берег и к морю надо спускаться и подниматься. Например на Грот Дианы ведут 475 ступеней. На мыс Виноградный грунтовая тропа, местами экстремальная. До центра города добираться в районе часа,если маршрутками. На машине намного быстрее и вообще выезд из города рядом, до хорошей транспортной развязки на 5 км Балаклавского шоссе буквально 6 минут машиной.

Хороший гостиный дом, дружелюбные хозяева. Недалеко несколько отличных пляжей, спуск не лёгкий (много ступеней), но оно того стоит.
