Добрый день, сдам часть частного дома, отдельный вход, свой маленький дворик ,с мангалом (шампура,казан для плова,дрова,решетка для стейка). Одна комната ,ванная, кухня. Спальное место, большой диван и два раскладных кресла. Коммуникации, вай-фай, телевизор, музыкальный центр,горячая вода, микроволновая печь, маленький холодильник, газ.плита,фен,утюг.Рассчитано на семью из трёх человек. , не подходит для шумных мероприятий. Расположение, остановка , магазин, аптека, мед учреждения в пяти минутах ходьбы. Ж/д , автовокзал в 10 минутах на городском транспорте. Городской пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы, Ушакова балка .До центра города на общественном транспорте 10-15 мин . Сдаётся с 25 апреля.

Advantages:

Недорого. Есть все необходимые удобства. Свой дворик с мангалом - можно пожарить шашлыки.

Disadvantages:

Особой фешенебельности нету - простой косметический ремонт. Рядом круглые сутки гудел какой-то корабль. Телевизор еле ловит сигнал. Видимо какие-то глушилки работают.
