Приветливый, внимательный и ненавязчивый хозяин. Всё что нужно есть, без пафоса и излишеств, по простому но комфортно. 5-7 мин от моря не спешным шагом. Пляж песочный, всё есть, кафе столовые, детские развлечения, магазины, ночные бары.

Disadvantages:

Условия проживания, как у моей старенькой бабушки на даче. Подходы и подъезды к жилью отвратительные, можно сказать, что их нет ( грунтовая дачная дорога, в дождь по колено в грязи). Предоплату арендодатель не вернул
